By securing an appointment, you agree to the following terms: 🗓️ Booking Policy Deposits: A non-refundable $30 deposit per service is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied directly toward your final balance. Once again If booking more then one service another deposit is applied example (Full Set and Pedicure $60). Confirmation: All appointments must be booked through the official scheduling link and I will text number provided to officially confirmed. Unconfirmed requests are subject to cancellation. 📍Studio vs. Mobile: I offer services from my home base in Wylie, TX, Dallas Medical City, as well as mobile appointments. Please specify your preference when confirming your booking. 🚗 Travel & On-Site Policy Minimum Service Requirement: For all mobile appointments traveling outside of Wylie, TX, a minimum service total of $130 is required. This minimum applies to nail services only and does not include the travel fee. Travel Fee Structure: Mobile services are subject to a travel fee to cover transit time, vehicle wear, and fuel. Base Travel Fee: A $25.00 flat fee applies to all locations within a 15-mile radius of Wylie, TX. Distance Overage: Any location exceeding the 15-mile radius will incur an additional charge of $1.50 per mile (calculated one-way via Apple Maps). Tolls & Parking: Any parking fees, valet charges, or toll road fees required to reach your location will be added to the final balance. ✅ Product Performance Temperature: For all mobile appointments, the indoor thermostat must be set between 70°F and 73°F upon my arrival. This is strictly required to ensure proper product performance, chemical curing, and flawless application. ✅Workspace Requirements: Clients must provide a clean workspace with adequate lighting for me to set up and a reliable power outlet nearby. 📍I have two base locations if you prefer to come to me. Wylie (offer all services) & Dallas Medical City ( No acrylic services due to patient and staff). WILL CONFIRM LOCATION WHEN CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT ⏱️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. ⌛ Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. ❌ No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in an immediate block from future booking. 🙅‍♀️ Guest Policy Solo Appointments: To maintain a focused and professional environment, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are also receiving a service ONLY AT HOME BASES (WYLIE & Dallas Medical City) 🧼 Soak-Off Policy Advance Notice: Please add a "Soak-Off" service to your booking if you require removal. ✨Please arrive with bare nails if your previous set was not done by Beyond Flawless Nails. 💳 Payment & Financing Due Date: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. Accepted Payments: Cash app, Apple Pay, Buy Now, Pay Later. 🤝 Professional Conduct Mutual Respect: I operate on mutual respect of time and boundaries. Rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from services. 🏥 Hospital & Clinical Service Policy (Staff & Patients) ✨ Traveling Fee to the patient room is $15. This does not go towards the services you will book using the hospital‘s address and room number. ✨Patient In-Room Services: For safety and liability, patients must receive clearance from their attending medical staff prior to the appointment. ✅All medical equipment, IV lines, and hospital monitors must remain undisturbed. ✅If a medical professional enters the room to perform a necessary clinical procedure during the service, the nail session will be paused immediately. ❌No acrylic services offered in patient rooms. ✨Staff Appointment Timing: I understand healthcare schedules are unpredictable. However, to keep the day running smoothly, hospital staff appointments have a strict 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a required reschedule to protect the next client's slot. ✨Sanitation & Safety: In compliance with clinical standards, all services utilize single-use disposables or medical-grade sterilized implements. ✅ I reserve the right to decline service if there are open wounds, severe skin compromised conditions, or unmanaged contagious conditions in the service area. ✅Cancellations due to Medical Emergencies: If an in-room patient is suddenly discharged, moved, or undergoes an unexpected medical procedure during their scheduled slot, the deposit can be credited toward a future session. Please notify us as soon as the floor charge nurse confirms the schedule change.
